What is the job?

As a Graphic Designer, you have to create visual content that communicates ideas and enhances brand identity. You’ll design materials like logos, brochures, social media graphics, and digital assets, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with the company’s style. You’ll collaborate with teams to bring creative concepts to life and support marketing and communication goals.

Daily tasks and responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital and print materials for hotel, restaurant, spa, and beach club marketing campaigns
  • Create on-brand assets for social media, paid ads, web banners, menus, in-room collaterals and signage
  • Develop presentations, proposals, and internal/external communication materials as required
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Executive Chef/F&B team to ensure campaign visuals reflect product positioning
  • Attend and support on-site photoshoots, content shoots, and video sessions
  • Edit and animate short videos or stories for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts when needed
  • Ensure strict compliance with IHG, Wyndham, and Vignette Collection brand guidelines across all creative outputs
  • Prepare monthly reports on asset performance across campaigns and platforms
  • Assist with visual merchandising, event branding, and restaurant activation support
  • Create templates and digital toolkits for internal use (e.g. for EDMs, WhatsApp, flyers, promo kits).

Confidentiality

  • All Colleagues must ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic.Adhere to Hotel Internet and Email policy
  • All Colleagues must ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and luxury design aesthetics
  • Excellent time management and multitasking across multiple properties and projects
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict brand standards
  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, or luxury branding preferred
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting designs quickly when required
  • Proactive, creative mindset with high initiative
  • Flexible availability (including weekends, evenings, and activations as required)
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and ability to support performance reporting (Canva, PowerPoint, Meta, or Google Analytics visuals)
